Our Services
Chief Estimator
Our Chief Estimator is Colby C. Burnam. The Chief Estimator ensures quality control on the estimate. Oversees estimating processes and procedures. Colby C. Burnam is the President of Akira Corp. He is graduating from Old Dominion University with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering technology and minor in Project management . He served in the military for 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Air Force.

Our Architectural, structural, and Exterior (ASE) Estimating provides specialized estimating support on projects to provide a specialized approach on each CSI division.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Estimating
MEP estimating, MEP division includes lights, wiring, plumbing lines, HVAC components, pumps, chillers and solar panels and associated accessories. Humidifier, Condescending, Heat pumps, air handlers and more

Finishes estimating includes drywall, painting, trim, siding and associated accessories.
