Our Team
Chief Estimator
Our Chief Estimator is Colby C. Burnam. The Chief Estimator ensures quality control on the estimate. Oversees estimating processes and procedures. Colby C. Burnam is the President of Akira Corp. He is graduating from Old Dominion University with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering technology and minor in Project management . He served in the military for 10 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Air Force.
Structural Estimator
Our Architectural, structural, and Exterior (ASE) Estimator provides specialized estimating support on projects to provide a specialized approach on each CSI division.
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Estimator
The MEP estimator handles the MEP division. MEP division includes lights, wiring, plumbing lines, HVAC components, pumps, chillers and solar panels and associated accessories.
Finishes Estimator
The Finishing estimator is the specialized estimating expert to provide the finishing work. Finishing work includes drywall, painting, trim, siding and associated accessories.
Jr. Estimator
Akira Corp's Jr. Estimator provides communication between the estimating team and communication in and out of the team to include the communication with subcontractors and distributors.
